These Terms govern your use of the Furbuz mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Furbuz provides pet profiles, care and diet tracking, reminders, analytics, community posts, messaging, Lost & Found tools, pet service discovery, and articles. Furbuz is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice. Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions or emergencies.
Pet service listings help users discover third-party providers. Furbuz does not currently provide marketplace bookings or process payments between users and service providers. Any arrangement with a listed provider is directly between you and that provider.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the Service unlawfully, impersonate others, harass users, interfere with the Service, scrape data without permission, or post content that violates another person's rights.
3. User content and community safety
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Furbuz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service, subject to your privacy choices.
You are responsible for your content and interactions. We may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks. Reporting and blocking tools do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be prevented. 4. Free and Furbuz Pro
Free supports up to two pets and includes unlimited care tracking, reminders, diet tracking, social features, messaging, Lost & Found, service discovery, and articles. Free may show light ads in Connect.
Furbuz Pro supports unlimited pets, removes ads, and adds advanced analytics with date ranges plus CSV and PDF reports. Available billing periods and current regional prices are shown before purchase in the app.
5. Subscription billing and cancellation
Furbuz Pro is an automatically renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your store account is charged according to the price and billing period displayed at checkout. The store may apply taxes, currency conversion, trials, or promotional terms.
Manage or cancel your subscription through the same store account used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting your Furbuz account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Refund requests are handled under the applicable app store's policies.
Furbuz uses RevenueCat to help validate purchases and manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat does not replace the app store as the merchant or billing provider.
6. Ads and third-party services
Free may include ads in Connect. The Service also relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, subscription management, and app distribution. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Location features
If you grant location permission, Furbuz may use your location for nearby Lost & Found alerts and service discovery. Location results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on Furbuz as an emergency location or recovery service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding user content, is owned by Furbuz and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to use Furbuz trademarks or branding.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion in the app. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the Service. Subscription cancellation remains your responsibility under Section 5.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Furbuz is not responsible for third-party providers, user content, or arrangements made outside the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, Furbuz and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
