What does Furbuz Pro add?
Furbuz Pro adds unlimited pet profiles, removes ads, unlocks advanced analytics with custom date ranges, and lets you create CSV and PDF reports.
How much does Furbuz Pro cost?
Current monthly and yearly prices are shown in the Furbuz app and are set for your region by the App Store or Google Play. Taxes and currency conversion may vary by store.
How do I manage or cancel Furbuz Pro?
Manage or cancel through the same App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Cancellation stops renewal; Pro remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Can I restore my Furbuz Pro purchase?
Yes. Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the store account that purchased Furbuz Pro. RevenueCat helps Furbuz confirm and restore subscription access.
How do reminders and notifications work?
Set care reminders for one-time or repeating schedules. With notification permission, Furbuz can send device and in-app reminders for upcoming care.
What can I do in Connect?
Share stories, ask for advice, browse Lost & Found alerts, discover local pet services, read articles, and message other pet parents. Service listings are for discovery; Furbuz does not offer bookings or payments.
How does Furbuz use location?
If you grant permission, Furbuz uses location to support nearby Lost & Found alerts and service discovery. You can change location permission in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
